Synopsis:

On the night before her eagerly-anticipated retirement, 'Lady' Sandra Abbott gets more than she bargains for when she discovers her husband is having an affair with her best friend, sending her forty-year marriage into meltdown.

Unable to deal with the overarching shame in her wealthy neighbourhood, she escapes to her estranged sister’s home on a run-down council estate. A bohemian serial dater with a happy-go-lucky attitude, Sandra’s sister Bif couldn’t be any more different from the Lady herself.
