Synopsis:

Depicting the true story of the plight of the Allied soldiers midway through the Second World War against the Axis powers, Dunkirk is not a tale of a hard-fought battle victory, but of a miraculous evacuation. Against the odds, the Allies find themselves stuck on a war-torn beach and harbour in France, after a failed invasion on the enemy. With the odds thoroughly stacked against them, the Allied forces must pull off a daring escape from the beaches of Dunkirk, before Nazi troops close in.
